Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and [YOUR LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] ("we", "us"), which runs jasonryean.pro (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

1. What the Service does

The Service gives food vendors ("Vendors") an online ordering page and a kitchen dashboard. Customers use a Vendor's page to place orders with that Vendor. We provide the software only. We do not prepare, sell, or deliver food, and we are not a party to any sale between a Vendor and a customer.

2. Vendor accounts

• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for your account, your staff PIN, and everything done with them.
• You are responsible for your menu, prices, food safety, permits, licenses, taxes, and honoring orders you accept.
• You may only use the Service for lawful food and beverage sales. You may not impersonate another business or use a web address meant to mislead.

3. Plans and payment

The Free plan costs nothing. The Pro plan is a subscription billed in advance through Stripe and renews until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Manage Billing; Pro features stay on until the end of the paid period. [STATE YOUR REFUND POLICY.] We may change prices with at least [30] days' notice.

3a. Online payments and text messages (Pro)

If you turn on online payments, you connect your own Stripe account and agree to Stripe's terms. Payments go directly to your Stripe account; you are the seller, and you are responsible for refunds, disputes, and Stripe's fees. We do not take a fee on your sales. If you turn on text alerts, you agree to only text customers who asked for it at checkout, and messages are limited to order updates.

4. Customers

Orders placed on a Vendor's page are between the customer and that Vendor. Questions about food, payment at the window, refunds, or order problems go to the Vendor.

5. Suspension and deletion

We may suspend or remove pages that break these terms, are used for fraud, or put others at risk. You can delete your account any time from Settings → Account; deletion is permanent.

6. No warranty; limit of liability

The Service is provided "as is." We work to keep it running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost orders, or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the [12] months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or in your dashboard before it takes effect.
